We proudly serve delicious, 100% gluten-free comfort food in a safe environment for people with celiac disease, gluten intolerance, and anyone who loves great food.
Is everything really 100% gluten free?
Yes! Everything on our menu is 100% gluten free. We do not use wheat, barley, rye, or any gluten-containing ingredients in our kitchen.
Do you use dairy or eggs?
Yes. We do use dairy and eggs in some of our menu items. If you have a dairy or egg allergy, please let us know before ordering so we can help you choose the best options.
Do you have a nut-free kitchen?
No. While we work hard to prevent cross-contact, we cannot guarantee a completely nut-free environment.
What do you fry your food in?
We fry our chicken, fries, cheese sticks, and corn dogs in 100% beef tallow for incredible flavor and crispness.
Is your kitchen dedicated gluten free?
Yes! Our kitchen is dedicated to preparing 100% gluten-free food, helping reduce the risk of gluten cross-contact.
Do you offer takeout?
Yes! We offer both takeout and online ordering for your convenience.

Absolutely! Everyone is welcome, and many of our guests are surprised they can’t even tell the food is gluten free.
